Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for orders with a value of $150 or more within the contiguous United States. Shipping fees will exist for all other locations. Shipping fees may be higher or lower than the actual charges by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full prior to shipping orders.

 

Processing

Some of our custom products will take longer to process. We will alert you immediately if an item within your order will require additional time to prepare and ship. Depending on the availability of the products ordered, one transaction may require multiple shipments.

Order processing is done during business days, Monday - Friday. We do not process any orders during Saturday's and Sunday's, or any of the holidays observed by the United States of America or Lavished Locks, Ltd Co company instituted days of observance or closures. Processing times may increase on very high volume days and during major promotions. Orders will begin processing once payments are confirmed and cleared. Lavished Locks, Ltd Co reserves the right to change the delivery method specified to a comparable method. 

 

Please allow at least 10 business days from the day you receive a tracking number for your order to arrive. Most orders will arrive earlier, but we want to set realistic expectations for our customers. Lavished Locks, Ltd Co is not responsible for the loss. Please be aware that due to COVID-19 impacts, your order may take longer.

 

Payments

We accept most major credit cards. As soon as an order is received, your credit card is charged. Billing and shipping address much be the same to complete transactions on this site. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will lead to the prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

 

Limitation of Liability 

Lavished Locks, Ltd Co does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Lavished Locks, Ltd Co will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Lavished Locks, Ltd Co is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Lavished Locks, Ltd Co is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.


Errors and Shipment Delays 

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather, pandemics, or any natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to the re-shipping of products.
